A White Oak developed 18,800 sf shopping center located adjacent to the Walmart Supercenter in the rapidly growing town of Bay City, TX. Bay City is on the verge of explosive growth due the oil and gas boom in South Texas and the recent announcement of a new $1.5 billion steel pipe manufacturing facility that will bring thousands of new jobs to town. Bay City Marketplace was sold in 2015.
